AI Shading – An energy efficient Smart Blind technology

Summary :

Buildings account for 76% of global electricity consumption and approx. 35% of that total building energy consumption is for air conditioning, heating, and ventilation. It's a tragedy, and an awful waste of energy-saving opportunities, to see window coverings like blinds and shades sitting idle and slacking in buildings. Green Communities with high mobility

The idea I would like to submit for the city's consideration is that of modelling a community in a way that reduces Calgary's carbon footprint by over 95% (or better) in a very short amount of time -- quite possibly a matter of months.
