The amount of morning and afternoon commuters that would be checking work emails would contribute to the economy, it would encourage transit ridership and the City could use the channel to promote things such as transit apps, low income assistance programs, bus pass reminders, etc.

We have plus 15 but the food trucks can't access these areas. The airport has elevator trucks that could be converted to food trucks and then certain suitable spots could be found to serve people on the bridges or plazas from trucks parked below.
